We recently renovated our bathroom and we order this handheld shower head on mid October 2017 the contractor just installed it on January 2018 and we found out it doesn’t work feel like it clogged a little of water came out and try to contact amazon but it said no longer available to exchange or return really disappointed we have bought a lots of stuff of this brand. So we have to get a new one from different brand to replace it what a wasted ;(
