The first one I received burned out in a couple weeks, but I got a warranty replacement which has been working fine. However, I am now being harrassed for taking advantage of the warranty, which I believe is illegal in my state, which has strong warranty laws.I have had this for a little over a year with no problems. I have a 20' jet boat and found that this is more of the appropriate size. I have had it kick on after a good rain and it is very powerful. I would buy again!Had on my boat two months and already have to replace!Installed beginning of May and it failed 20 miles offshore today. Obviously not sealed properly. Heavily corroded internally.
